The wood in the gables and dormers still needs to be stained dark to match the posts.

Funny Ally

Luke and Ally have gotten up early the last three days and walked. He told her Sunday that if she would stick to it and make him stick to it that when Thanksgiving got here he would have her a really big surprise. Here's how the rest of the conversation went....

Ally: Is is bigger than me?
Luke: Yes.
Ally: Is it bigger than you?
Luke: Yes.
Ally: IS IT A GIANT CHOCOLATE BUNNY????!!!!

Trick or Treating

The girls were tired of dressing up by the time Halloween actually got here, so Whitney decided to be a "country girl", Lauren a "pajama girl" and Ally went as a hobo. Lauren was tired of washing that beard off! On a side note, Lauren won the Halloween Costume contest at school for the 2nd and 3rd grades, and Ally came in second for the 4th, 5th and 6th grades. That was with their original hobo and Minnie Mouse costumes.
